
Thank you very much for purchasing your home from Trimark Pacific. It is our goal that you should have many happy years in your Trimark Pacifica home. In order to best serve you, all requests for warranty service must be submitted in writing. If you require service and/or repairs to your home that is covered under your Limited Warranty Agreement, you may complete a “Request for Service Form" that was given to you with your Homeowners Manual. This form can be faxed or mailed to us. You may also use the form provided below to provide us information about your service needs. Trimark Pacific will acknowledge your request and forward the information to your Customer Service Representative, who will contact you to set up an appointment to review the repairs covered by your Limited Warranty Agreement. Your Representative will be able to advise you if any item is covered under manufacturers’ warranty rather than Trimark Pacific.
In some instances, you will need to contact your subcontractors directly. Their numbers were given to you with your Homeowners Manual. This is because many of the appliances and other products in your home are protected with manufacturers’ warranties which require that you deal directly with them. Their toll-free hotline numbers, if available, are in the manufacturers’ warranty materials you were given. This is also true of the heating and air conditioning system in your home.
